Our Approach
We strongly recommend that both Vendors and Purchasers refer their agreements of purchase and sale to us for review prior to execution.
As Property Law has become more complex over the years, an unwanted clause, or condition, may impact the agreement detrimentally and may prove costly to the client.
We review titles together with any caveats, encumbrance or easements that may be registered against the title. If required, we obtain and advise on LIM reports.
We also, on request, refer clients to mortgage and insurance brokers and assist in arranging finance and insurance.
